FAQ

Binance Futures automation FAQs.

Review the essentials before connecting an account or enabling Binance Futures execution.

01

Does MW Trader guarantee profit?

No. Futures trading involves substantial risk, and MW Trader does not guarantee returns, signal frequency or protection from loss.

02

Which Binance permission is required?

The connected API key needs the required Futures trading access. Withdrawals should remain disabled, and the displayed server IP must be allowed. Review the Binance API key security checklist before connecting.

03

Can I pause new trades?

Yes. Pause New Trades prevents fresh entries. Positions already open stay active under their existing controls.

04

Where can I review skipped execution?

After signing in, open Why no trade? to see why a trade was skipped or a position was updated.

05

Does support need my secret key?

No. Never send a Binance secret key, password or verification code through support chat.

06

What happens if the connection is invalid?

If the Binance connection fails validation, MW Trader stops sending new orders until the connection is verified again. Follow the trading bot connection failure guide to check the connection safely.
